If you feel like:

𝐈𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐲 𝐛𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐨𝐫 𝐬𝐩𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.
But with SO much happening in our lives and so many teachers telling us the "right" way to do it, 𝘸𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘦 𝘥𝘰 𝘸𝘦 𝘣𝘦𝘨𝘪𝘯?
It's simple, 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬.
Becoming aware of the old stories, the self limiting beliefs, the self sabotaging behaviors, the negative thought patterns, the unconscious cycles, etc.
We can't shift these things unless we are aware of their existence.
𝐃𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐛𝐲 𝐩𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐬, 𝐟𝐞𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡, 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 (𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐬).
